الملخص
يستكشف هذا البحث التحول الجذري في المشهد الجيوسياسي للقطب الشمالي، حيث أدى ذوبان الجليد المتسارع الناجم عن التغيرات المناخية إلى فتح ممرات ملاحية وموارد طبيعية جديدة، محولاً المنطقة من هامش التعاون إلى بؤرة للتنافس الدولي الحاد، هذا الانكشاف أعاد إحياء التوتر بين الولايات المتحدة وروسيا، لكنه تجاوز الحدود التقليدية ليصبح تنافساً متعدد الأطراف والاوجه، ويبرز في هذا السياق الصعود الصيني كقوة شبه قطبية ذات طموحات اقتصادية وأمنية متنامية، وكذلك ارتفاع الثقل الاستراتيجي لغرينلاند نتيجة لموقعها الجغرافي وثرواتها، حيث يهدف البحث إلى تفكيك هذه الديناميات المعقدة، مستخدماً منهجية تحليلية استنباطية، لتفسير نمط التنافس الجديد الذي يرتكز على تعدد الفاعلين وتداخل مستويات القوة، كما يسعى إلى تحليل انعكاسات هذا التنافس على الاستقرار الإقليمي والدولي، ويفرد البحث تحليلاً خاصاً لدور الصين وغرينلاند كعنصرين حاسمين لفهم معادلات القوة القطبية المستجدة، مؤكداً أن تداخل هذه المتغيرات هو مفتاح فهم مستقبل المنطقة.
