Abstract
Abstract:
The study examines the Iranian cyber capabilities and their implications for the Zionist war- The study seeks to answer a central problem: How has Iran developed its proactive cyber capability in the strategic framework, and what impact has it had on the regional balances of power in the region, starting with the proxy war through the axis of resistance, which includes Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq and Palestine in its multiple directions, to enter into direct confrontation with the United States and the Zionist entity, as well as Iran has shifted over the past years from a defensive cyber deterrence model – The study adopted the historical and descriptive analytical approach as well as the comparative and institutional case study approach, and reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: cyber capabilities operate according to the logic of "selective unequal efficiency" and its network of digital agents embodies its real strategic advantage despite operational limits, but the dilemma of attribution law remains a double-edged sword.
