Abstract
Greenland is of great importance geographically, economically, environmentally, and politically. Its strategic location in the North Atlantic gives it a pivotal role in monitoring maritime routes and the Arctic sphere. It also possesses natural resources and rare minerals that represent a significant economic asset. Furthermore, Greenland is a key area for studying climate change due to the impact of its melting ice sheet on global sea-level rise. The island is also gaining increasing political importance as a result of international competition for influence in the Arctic, making it a growing point of global interest in the areas of security, the environment, and the economy
